DTCM Permit

The Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) requires all short-term rental properties to hold a DTCM holiday home permit. Edora handles the application, documentation, and annual renewal. Cost: AED 2,000–3,000 + VAT, payable by the owner, fully managed by us.

Tourism Dirham

Dubai's Tourism Dirham fee (AED 7–20 per room per night, based on DET property classification) is collected from guests at checkout and remitted directly to the DET. Edora handles all collection and remittance. You see it clearly itemised in your monthly report.

Guest Identity & Deposits

All guests provide valid identification and pay a refundable security deposit before check-in. Deposits are held against potential damages and released upon satisfactory checkout inspection.

Damage & Maintenance

In the event of damage, Edora coordinates assessment, contractor remediation, and deposit claim on your behalf. You are notified at each stage. Routine maintenance is proactively scheduled using trusted Dubai contractors.
