DTCM Permit & Compliance

Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) requires all short-term rentals to hold a DTCM permit. We handle the application, annual renewal, and ongoing compliance on your behalf. Cost: AED 2,000–3,000 + VAT (your cost, managed by us).
